Stock-Logic.com Affiliate Program Agreement

Please note that the terms "affiliate", "you", and "your" refer to you as the applicant, and the terms "we", "our", and "us" applies to Stock-Logic.com.

Enrollment Requirements:

Our affiliate program is free to join.

The affiliate attests to have read and agreed with the terms of this agreement prior to completing the ClickBank enrollment form and joining our program.

Our responsibilities:

Stock-Logic.com will be responsible for processing all orders originating through Affiliate links.

Independent Affiliate Program Administrator:

Our Affiliate Program is administered by ClickBank, an independent third party. You will receive a 50% commission for each sale that originated from a qualified Affiliate link, less the fees outlined in ClickBank's agreement.

Once you have completed the ClickBank enrollment form, they will provide you with your own account for real-time tracking of sales originating from your affiliate link.

Clickbank mails your commission checks twice each month in accordance with their policies.

If a customer requests a refund for an order, ClickBank will deduct the amount from your next paycheck.

Affiliate Responsibilities:

Stock-Logic.com reserves the right to deny any site's participation in our Affiliate Program. However, sites that do not qualify for our program include those which:

- promote violence or hate
- promote pornography
- promote illegal activities
- violate intellectual property rights
- promote discrimination based on sex, religion, race, disability, nationality, age or sexual orientation.

Affiliates also agrees not to partake in sending spam...period. Such practices are deemed inappropriate by Stock-Logic.com policies. If violated, the Affiliate will be immediately removed from our program.

Legal Disclaimer:

You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement shall create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties.

You will not be treated as an employee with respect to the Internal Revenue Code, Federal Unemployment Acts, Social Security Act or any other federal, state or local statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation.

Also, Stock-Logic.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the amount of income you can earn by joining our affiliate program.

Stock-Logic.com and its owners, principals, and assigns will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Clickbank website, service or information provided by ClickBank.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, and loss of information or programs. Similarly, we make no warranties that the operation of our site will operate error-free, and shall not be held liable for the consequences of any disruptions. In any event, our aggregate liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

The terms and conditions of this agreement are subject to change according to business conditions or the policies of Stock-Logic.com. This shall also apply to future prices that may be extended to our customers for any of our products.
